This is a live Nile crocodile encounter — the world's most powerful reptile.

Afrikanos operates the world's first stainless-steel net pool enclosure — separating diver and crocodile with a state-of-the-art barrier. All dives are led by experienced, trained guides. Safety protocols are strict and non-negotiable. Participants must be in good health and able to swim. Children under 6 are not permitted. Children aged 6–12 must be accompanied in the water by a paying adult diver.

The full Crocodile Dive includes the guided pond tour, educational talk, and the dive itself. Duration approximately 2 hours in total.

Dives run Tuesday–Sunday at 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00. Open daily during school holidays. Slots fill quickly — book ahead.

Best Oct–Apr (warmest water). Crocs are more active in the water May–Sep during rainy weather.

Recommended — popular slots book out, especially on weekends and school holidays.

Each child aged 6–12 must be accompanied in the water by a paying adult diver. Under 6 not permitted.
